​Wayne is retired from The Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas where he served as Director of Economic and Financial Education and for The Federal Reserve Board of Governors.

He has taught economics and finance for over 30 years in a number of graduate programs including, Southern Methodist University and Dallas Baptist University.

He personally manages portfolios for individuals, trusts and private entities, including family offices.
